Amy and Tony: Toowoomba wedding photography
I’m often asked: “What’s your favourite moment at a wedding?”
It’s always hard to pick a favourite, but I always come back to one….When the groom sees the bride for the first time.
I’ve been to many weddings over the years and the grooms’ expressions are always memorable, but never predictable. Some smile, some laugh, some cry and some simply hold their breath in anticipation.
Amy and Tony’s beautiful Toowoomba wedding was no exception.
As Amy slowly walked down the aisle, looking every inch the fairytale princess, Tony’s eyes immediately welled up with emotion. His obvious joy and happiness was incredibly moving and I felt very honoured to share in their special day.
Thank you for another great moment, Amy and Tony – I wish you all very the best.
The day started off with some beautiful details.
Amy and Tony’s gorgeous dogs were a big part of their day and were decked out in these adorable tuxedos. This little ragamuffin has been by Amy’s side for 16 years!
Everybody stopped what they were doing to check out Amy in her beautiful dress.
Amy and her best friend Amie (don’t you love that?) share a special moment.
Just before she left for the chapel, Amy gave her best friend a very special note.
And some beautiful pearls.
The ceremony and reception were held at Preston Village Chapel and Manor, which is a fantastic venue full of charm.
This handsome fellow is none other than the groom, Tony.
Tony sees his bride to be for the first time.
After the ceremony we headed to a nearby farm for some photos. This has to be one of my favourite images from the day. Everyone in the wedding party looks amazing.
Time for some fun…
…and a quiet moment under a tree.
Did I mention that Amy has a gorgeous, megawatt smile?
The reception looked absolutely stunning and was decorated with amazing pink and white flowers. The cake looked delicious too.
The newly married couple are announced to their guests. Let the fun begin!
